Ok,before we start the installation, let's recall which one is which one..
The picture shown below is a Harddisk....
You use the hard disk for saving all your documents inside..

The picture shown below here is a Dvd Writer.....
You use the dvd writer to read all of your dvd/cds and burn your dvds..

The picture shown below here is a floopy drive....
You will need the floopy drive to flash your bios if needed..

Ok, so now we are going to install it. To install it, what we must do first is to remove your front panel of your casing. Every casing have different ways to remove the front panel, refer to your motherboard manual..
When u have removed your front panel, it will look like this..

Now to install the dvd writer and the floopy drive, just push in it from the front panel into the casing. The dvd writer should be on the top while the floopy drive should be installed on the bottom (Refer to the image above). To secure them, tighten them with screws provided by your casing into the hole provided on the dvd writer bay..
It will look like this..

Now for the hard disk, all you have to do is u have to take this as shown below..

And put it at the sides of ur Hard Disk and put it into the hard drive bay discussed in the"Preparing your Casing " section by pushing them in..You will hear a click sound means it is secure..
An example is shown below:

Note*Some of your casing does not have this add on, u have no choice but to put it screws manually..
Next, we have to take note of the connectors that we have just installed..
For floopy, you have the 4 pin PSU connector and the Floopy connector

For SATA hard disk and SATA dvd writer,u have to take note of the SATA PSU connector and the SATA to motherboard connector. The PSU one is the bigger one and the motherboard one is smaller.

That's it on how to install your dvd writer, hard disk and floopy drive..Next, we are going to
move on and connect the necessary power supply cables to the computer parts. So remember to take notes of all the connectors that we have discussed..=)
